The full story
Full disclosure first: our cofounder Aref ran this one from the inside. Not as the owner. As the operator the brand brought in to build native, paid on a percentage of what he produced, which is exactly the seat we take for you.
The category had been advertised to death since before the internet. TV spots. Teleshopping. Then twenty years of Meta and Google picking over the same buyers. €15M a year, and every "prospecting" campaign was quietly re-buying awareness the brand already owned.
Native went after the buyers the entire industry had written off: people who had never searched the category, never clicked a competitor's ad, never entered anyone's funnel. The advertorials met them cold and converted them at a profit.
Year one: €15M to €55M. Year two: €55M to €100M+. Profitable the whole way, with native as the main growth channel and every other channel getting sharper as new buyers flooded in. Then the real problem started: keeping product in stock.
